At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we want to ensure you have the highest quality ingredients for your professional creations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days. Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance oils, colors, or base chemicals.

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with adequate cushioning to prevent leaking or damage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
